Kamini Gupta, BA Hons, ITEC Dip. Reflexology, MFHT, CNHC reg.

My early career was in the Arts and Culture sector working in advertising and marketing, publishing, education, theatre and community arts. For over 19 years I have been practising and studying Buddhism which has been a transformational force in my life.

Body, Mind & Spirit:  The desire to train as a Reflexologist sprang from my need to make changes, simplify and de-stress my life after a period of ten years in which I experienced life changing critical illness, extreme life stress and major trauma. Going through these experiences taught me diverse ways to support my recovery, health and well-being which has included complementary therapies, mindfulness meditation, Yoga, free movement and dance, creativity and spending time in nature. These experiences also developed in me qualities of empathy, respect, depth of understanding, calmness of being and inner confidence that support my work as a therapist and Well Being Consultant.

Creative Approach to Mindfulness: I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and empowering individuals to manage their lives, to bring it into balance as naturally and effectively as possible. Drawing from my personal experience of the therapeutic qualities of Mindfulness and creative expression I have been developing and facilitating The Art of Stillness creative retreats since 2007.

Creative Well Being Consultancy: Now I will be offering one-to-one holistic Well Being Consultancy packages to help restore mind, body, intuitive and emotional intelligence into balance. These sessions will be tailored to fit the client and include reflexology, meditation and other creative exercises to support the transformational process.

Creative Well Being in Business: This Well Being Consultancy is also available to businesses who want to encourage well being for their staff and business environment. Help staff to respond to stress with practical tools and  develop a less stressful working environment that supports and promotes creative, inspiring and nurturing approaches to well being.
